Island Transportation Services (ITS) and the owner, Mike Gorski, directly and personally provide most of the transportation services arranged through ITS by customers such as you. However, when scheduling needs require, your transportation may be provided by an independent contractor, and not by ITS. In such instances the independent contractor is responsible for your safety and the fulfillment of your service needs, including timeliness. ITS will notify you prior to your service if your service will be provided by an independent contractor. By accepting such service, you agree to hold that independent contractor, and not ITS, responsible for any liability issues.
